2. Directory of Businesses:
2.1. Copzilla provides a directory of businesses that offer streetwear products. The inclusion of businesses in the directory does not constitute an affiliation, endorsement or recommendation by Copzilla.
2.2. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with these businesses, including any purchases, transactions, or disputes. Copzilla is not liable for any issues arising from such interactions.
3. Sneaker Release Calendar:
3.1. Copzilla offers a sneaker release calendar to provide Members with information about upcoming shoe releases. This information is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee availability or accuracy.
3.2. Copzilla is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays in sneaker releases made by manufacturers or retailers.
4. Promotional Giveaways:
4.1. Copzilla may offer promotional giveaways of sneakers to its Members from time to time. Participation in raffles and giveaways is subject to these Terms and any additional rules provided by Copzilla.
4.2. Members may be required to meet specific eligibility criteria to enter raffles or giveaways. Copzilla reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet these criteria.
4.3. Pomotional winners will be selected at random and notified via the contact information provided during registration. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.4 There is no guarantee that Copzilla can source the specific size of sneaker and will provide best endeavours to provide a similar sneaker and/or size if in the off chance the sneaker can no longer be sourced.

5. Intellectual Property:
